A. Bilal Noor Bio

Bilal joined Arlington Capital Partners in 2015 and focuses on investing in the healthcare, business services, software, IT, and aerospace sectors. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, diligence, transaction structuring, financing, and executing post-closing growth and add-on acquisition strategies. Bilal has executed several private equity transactions across a number of industries. Prior to joining Arlington, Bilal worked at H.I.G. Capital, where he focused on private equity buyout opportunities ranging from $150 million to over $1 billion in enterprise value. Prior to that, Bilal was a member of the Leveraged Finance Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he covered a wide range of industries, including business services, healthcare, and manufacturing. Bilal received his M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School and holds a B.S. degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
