Aaron Potter Bio

Aaron Potter focuses exclusively on the representation of owners and developers in their construction projects. As a partner in the Global Construction Industry Group, Aaron represents clients in a wide range of project types, including liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities, energy storage projects, petrochemical facilities, mixed-use developments, and condominium towers. In relation to these projects, Aaron has experience drafting engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) agreements, construction management agreements, construction agreements, agreements with engineers and architects, and supply agreements. Prior to joining White & Case, Aaron served as law clerk to the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder, Circuit Judge, US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and for the Honorable John M. Rogers, Circuit Judge, US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
