Aaron Shute Bio

Aaron Shute is a partner in our corporate practice. Aaron has broad corporate experience with a focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions particularly infrastructure and energy transactions. He specialises in providing corporate advice on infrastructure projects and acting on mergers and acquisitions in the infrastructure and energy sectors. He has been named in the Legal 500 in both 2017 and 2018 in the Infrastructure category. Aaron also advises listed clients and investment banks on a range of corporate transactions including acquisitions and disposals as well as corporate finance matters (Official List and AIM). Aaron was based in the Ashurst Melbourne office between 2010 and 2014. He is admitted to the Senior Courts of England and Wales, as well as the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
