Aaron Wolfe Bio

Aaron has more than 21 years of experience in private equity focused on transformational value creation in the middle market. Prior to co-founding Point 41, he worked at Sun Capital Partners from 2002 to 2020, most recently as Managing Director and Head of its New York office. During his tenure with Sun Capital, he also worked in its London, UK and Boca Raton, FL offices and served on various senior firm committees. He was also a Partner at Arsenal Capital Partners from 2020 to 2022. Aaron’s decades of experience span a range of sectors including engineered products, building products, flow control products, materials, industrial technology, engineering / design services, and business services, among others. Aaron graduated with Distinction from the University of Virginia with a major in Economics. He resides in Greenwich, CT with his wife and two children. Aaron remains actively involved with the University of Virginia. He serves as a Board Member of the College Foundation and supports several organizations providing life and educational opportunities for student veterans and their families.
