Aashish Goswami Bio

Aashish Goswami joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2021. Aashish Goswami is a vice president at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Goswami was a division vice president at DaVita Inc., where he led outpatient operations in northern New Jersey. He also oversaw DaVita’s Hospital Services business in the Northeast. Mr. Goswami formerly served as engagement manager at McKinsey & Co. Mr. Goswami holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering, with honors, from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
