Fabian Walisch Bio

Fabian provides buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity as well as public and private corporate clients, with a focus on industrial technology. Leveraging his over a decade of broad expertise and deep understanding of market dynamics, Fabian works closely with clients to effectively navigate complex transactions and generate positive outcomes that benefit all stakeholders. Prior to joining Lincoln, Fabian was a Director at Deloitte in M&A advisory. Previously, he also worked in the investment banking department at Berenberg and in the corporate finance department at KPMG. Fabian earned a Master of Science in finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
