G. Lawrence Bero Bio

As a Founding Partner, Larry contributes in building financial success to the JMC portfolio companies with his experience in transactions, financing and integration of acquisitions. Larry is actively involved with several of JMC’s Portfolio Company boards including Unipower, LLC. and Comark, LLC. Prior to JMC, Larry served as a Certified Public Accountant for over five years in Boston. He was the Chief Financial Officer at TACC International. Larry was responsible for the financial and administrative direction of this $120 million specialty chemical manufacturer. He coordinated the execution and delivery of an acquisition strategy that led to the successful sale of TACC International. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College.
